Whole-house renovation, rear addition and kitchen design
A six-sheet design set for a two-story house. Sheet 1 carries the dimensioned first- and second-floor plans and the front elevation: a 51' main mass with a 22' garage wing, 30' to the ridge, five bedrooms upstairs off a covered deck, and a first floor left deliberately loose between the kitchen, dining and living zones. The remaining sheets develop the new front elevation against a reference photograph, the rear elevation with its covered deck, pergola and pool terrace, and a full kitchen study - plan, two wall elevations and cutaway 3D views - with the earlier scheme kept at the back of the set for comparison.

Sheet 1's linework is vector, not raster - its only embedded image is a mask plate, so that sheet is shown as a page render rather than an extracted image.
